Cancellation And Returns Policy

1. You can cancel your order before it is dispatched (usually 3 days after your purchase). If your order is shipped, you can return it up to 14 days from the date of delivery for a full refund. You can call our customer service or write to us at ask@jewelsbylove.com. We will mail you the detailed instructions on how to return the product. We will also try to arrange a pick up from your place at your convenient time at no cost.

2. Once your returned item is received, our Quality Assurance department will review the returned item.

3. Any item that shows the sign of wear or has been altered, resized(by a Jeweller other than the company), or damaged cannot be accepted for 14 days return policy.

4. If the product passes our quality check we will credit the amount to the account you paid from, within 10 days of receiving the product.

5. Product should be accompanied with Original Product Certificate and Original Invoice for all exchanges within 14 days of purchase.

6. Alongside returns, we offer free return shipping for exchanges and resizings. For any other queries, please feel free to call us at +1 917 463 4319.

7. If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the website, we at our sole discretion could cancel such orders. We will maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and would deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them.

8. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges on special/ custom orders.

 

Resizing And Repairs Policy

The company will resize rings and watches free of cost except in certain cases where resizing is not possible.

If the resized product involves extra metal or material more than what is supplied with default product, the incremental cost shall be borne by the customer.

Any other services not mentioned in the above will be dealt with on a case to case basis.
